1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout mainland UK. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.


 

2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–10 working days. Delivery times for larger furniture items may vary. We'll provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on your location within the UK.

  • England: £20.00 delivery charge
  • Scotland: £30.00 delivery charge
  • Ireland: £80.00 delivery charge

All delivery charges include VAT.

Delivery charges apply to selected products, including larger items such as furniture panels and multipanel products. Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.


3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free delivery on selected products. Any delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email or SMS where available.


5. Do your furniture items require assembly?

Some products require simple assembly, while others arrive fully or partially assembled. Assembly information is provided on each product page.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards along with secure payment methods available through Shopify Checkout.


7. Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the applicable return period.


8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


10. Are your products covered by a warranty?

Many of our products include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details, where applicable, are shown on the individual product pages.

At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.


14. Do product colours look exactly like the photos?

We aim to display colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing batches.


15.Can I Collect My Order?

Yes, collection may be available from our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to arrange your preferred collection date and time.
