If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Products must be in a resalable condition.
Any product that has been cut, fitted, altered, or used cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued less a 20% restocking and administration fee.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
Photos of the packaging where applicable
After reviewing your claim, we may offer:
A replacement product
A partial refund
A full refund
The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue and your statutory consumer rights.
Please note:
Claims submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.
Products that have been cut, installed, modified, or used cannot be refunded or replaced.
We cannot process claims without sufficient photographic evidence.
Many of our wall panels and decorative products are designed to be trimmed during installation.
Minor imperfections on edges, corners, or the rear of panels may occur during manufacturing or transportation and are generally hidden once installed. These do not normally affect the appearance or performance of the product.
If you have any concerns, please contact our team before installation.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons and the order is cancelled instead of being re-delivered, a £29.99 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
Our products are manufactured in production batches. Small differences in shade, texture, or finish may occur between batches.
We recommend ordering the full quantity required for your project at the same time to ensure the closest possible colour match.
Store products indoors in a dry environment before installation.
Some PVC products should not be exposed to prolonged direct sunlight before fitting, as excessive heat may affect their shape or appearance.
Please inspect all products carefully before installation.
Do not arrange installers or tradespeople until your order has been delivered and fully checked.
British Interior cannot accept responsibility for installation costs, labour charges, or other related expenses resulting from delayed deliveries, damaged goods not reported before installation, or incorrect installation.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.
Although we aim to deliver all orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or transport issues that are outside our control.
If your order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, you will have the option of receiving either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
Once returned goods have been received and approved following inspection, refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional working days before the funds appear in your account.
